Dr. Murtaza “Mort” Rizvi, MD is a board-certified plastic, hand, and craniofacial surgeon serving the Greater Los Angeles area. He is one of the few surgeons in Southern California with triple fellowship training — completing his craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, his hand and microsurgery fellowship at LA County+USC Medical Center, and his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Houston Methodist Hospital.

His craniofacial training at CHLA — one of the most prestigious programs of its kind in the country — gives Dr. Rizvi a foundational depth in facial anatomy, bony architecture, and soft tissue reconstruction that informs every facial surgical case he undertakes.
